Coaching & Feedback
Harrington|Young helps individuals, teams and organisations to navigate the shifts in understanding, perspective and behaviour needed to achieve their goals.
COACHING
Harrington|Young works with individuals and teams in a number of ways:
- Coaching members of a project team, to ensure quality and timely project completion.
- Coaching managers through a tailored programme of sessions, to develop performance and / or their career
- Developing line managers as coaches of their own teams
- Supervising coaches to reflect on and develop their own coaching practice, including the way they incorporate feedback.
We share our coaching models with clients and assist them to use the same models with their own teams. We help people to develop their own ways of thinking, sharing with them ideas from cognitive behavioural therapy and solution-focused therapy. We use the ICF (International Coach Federation) definition of coaching, and abide by their code of ethics.
FEEDBACK
Harrington|Young helps individuals and organisations to make sense of and improve their use of feedback through:
- Designing and implementing 360-degree feedback
- Coaching managers before and after 360-degree feedback to develop their self-awareness and ability to seek, make sense of, and act on feedback
- Facilitating face-to-face feedback sessions, either instead of, or as a follow-up to, questionnaire-based feedback
- Team development using peer feedback, supported by use of the Team Management Profile
- Delivering training courses on skills and procedures to improve feedback
- Evaluation of 360-degree feedback within your organisation.
