Coaching & Feedback
Executive coaching (2000 and ongoing)
Individually tailored programmes have been run for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, DS Smith Packaging, 3M and Loughborough University. These programmes have all begun with a tripartite meeting, where the coachee, their line manager and the coach discuss the overall purpose and objectives of the programme. All three people contribute to an evaluation report at the end of the programme, the final version of which is always agreed by the coachee.
Coaching managers as part of a team leader programme (2006-7)
The success of a training programme often depends on the involvement of the participants’ line managers. At DS Smith Packaging, Fordham, coaching sessions are being delivered for five managers of people attending the year-long Harrington|Young Team Leader Development Programme.
Face-to-Face 360-Degree Feedback (2005-6)
Facilitated feedback sessions for individuals to receive feedback from a group of their colleagues. These sessions have formed part of coaching programmes (with 3M) and also as part of work on performance management (with Right Coutts).
